SceneSaveTM Digital Image Capture

The Argus4 can capture and store up to 100 images. This feature allows the user to “photograph” the scene that is being viewed and then the image can then be used in reports for investigative purposes, documenting the spread of a fire or for evaluation of fire-fighting rescue procedures or training.
To capture an image a single press on the left hand grey button will store the image and an icon will appear with the number out of 100 of the image stored. When the cameras memory is full the end user will be informed by a message “camera full”
Once stored, the images can be viewed on the camera using the remote control or by using the customer software. The images can also be deleted using the remote control or software.
Using the customer software the captured images can be downloaded to a laptop/PC and then saved in various formats. Once the images have been downloaded they can be re-colourised into the same Dynamic Scene Colourisations that are used on the camera.
The captured image provides important information including the time and date, spot and ambient temperatures. The captured image can be given a specific name.
